Kazao is pleased with his life on Mirai ("Future") Island. Sure, his folks abandoned him once he was born, leaving him to be raised at the orphanage-like facility, however his life is comfy and has his friends, particularly the stunning Eiko, the lady he loves. One night, however, he encompasses a horrible nightmare where he sees himself die in an exceedingly motorbike accident. After that, everything changes. ensuing day, his folks are miraculously "found" and he's torn from his idyllic life and Eiko's facet to be thrust into a world he is aware of solely from tv shows and faculty assignments. Dropped unceremoniously within the middle of a town with solely a sketchy map for steerage, Kazao is saved from wandering aimlessly in search of his new home by the lovable and forward Yuu, who seems to be in his category at his new college yet. Despite his best efforts to simply accept his parents' sudden come back and Yuu's friendly overtures, Kazao cannot shake the sensation that things are not quite right. Nor will he forget Eiko. Why did his folks wait sixteen years to decision him back? And why is that the piano the sole used piece of furniture in his parents' new house? The mysteries begin to pile one atop the opposite because the lies disintegrate during this intriguing story of future prospects and innocent romance.
